Ignorent Culture

I kinda missed the point of the assignment which is my idea of an educational video game. I think that many Americans suffer from cultural ethnocentrism or a belief that there way of life and culture is superior. I can't begin to count how many times I've heard people (factory works, people generally uneducated past high school) see a oriental or Latin American and sometimes even an African American and spit racist obscenities. In my game I would have the player travel to different places and learn about the people and culture with the help of an interepreter. The learning value in this game would be limitless from food to history and language to art forms. I would hope this would help irradicate some of the racist boundaries that exist if applied to the right audience. The culturaly ignorent.

I've never really cared to read a blog less write one, however i need one to express the ideas that I can contribute to the class so i'll give it a shot and make this brief. So first an

* small note the model i did within class took me 15 to 20 minutes so its just brief and texturing is a dumb thing to do unless your model is a final project intended for use within something hints no texture

In video games:
my first favorite video game would be final fantasy 7 thats something I even enjoy today. Gameplay is the most important part of a video game. Another of my favorite video games would have to be legend of dragoon which uses a timing mechanism in gameplay making it unique even today and I can't forget deus ex my first favorite pc game.
basically my tastes are within the rpg spectrum, alot of my free time has been wasted on hellgate:london now.
One last thing WOW is for little kids and extremist nerds.
